Tell me more »

By ticking the "Yes" box, I agree I would like Unite 4 Humanity - 100% Donation Policy Charity to reclaim the tax on all qualifying donations I have made, as well as any future donations, until I notify them otherwise. I understand that if I pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all my donations in that tax year I may be asked to pay any difference. I understand that Unite 4 Humanity - 100% Donation Policy Charity will reclaim 25p of tax on every £1 that I give.

What is Gift Aid?

Gift Aid does not cost you a penny more, but can add an additional 25p to every £1 you donate. When Unite 4 Humanity - 100% Donation Policy Charity receives a donation from a UK taxpayer, we're entitled to claim an amount of tax (calculated at the basic rate of income tax in that year) paid on that donation. Once you have given your permission for us to do this on your behalf, there is no need for you to do anything else.

All that is required is that you must be a taxpayer and that would have paid or will pay sufficient Income and/or Capital Gains Tax to cover all the Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year. Please note that it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

The amount of tax we claim will be 25% of the total value of your donations in that tax year. Furthermore, if you are a higher taxpayer, you are also entitled to claim the difference between the basic rate which we will claim and the amount of tax you have actually paid. For further details on how you can do this, please contact your tax office. If your tax situation changes and your gifts will no longer be eligible for the Gift Aid scheme please contact us and we will amend your record accordingly.

Give the Gift of Masjid to Muslims in Africa

In many parts of Africa, Muslims do not have a Masjid to pray their five daily prayers or establish Jummah salah. With poverty and lack of education adding to the challenges, the need for Masjids has never been greater. Donate now and help build mosques in Africa. Providing your African brothers and sisters a place to worship Allah in comfort and peace.

The Need to Build a Masjid in Africa

Mosques hold significant importance in Islam. They serve as a place of worship, community gathering, celebrations and spiritual growth. However, many Muslim communities in Africa face a scarcity of adequate places of worship. It makes it very hard for these communities to fulfil their religious obligations and stay connected with each other. The lack of Mosques also has a negative impact on the spirituality and social development of these communities. Therefore, as Muslims whom Allah has bestowed with the blessing of wealth, it is our religious duty to help these communities build Masjids for themselves, so they can serve the Deen of Allah and provide the Muslim community with a safe and comfortable space for worship. Join U4H in this noble cause. Help build Masjids in Africa.

The Role of a Masjid in Eradicating Poverty

Building a Masjid in Africa is not just about constructing a physical structure, it’s a step towards uplifting impoverished communities. Unite 4 Humanity builds mosques in some of the poorest and most rural areas of Africa, where basic necessities such as clean water and nutritional food are often scarce. By donating towards building a Masjid in Africa, you can play a vital role in supporting our long-term projects aimed at eradicating poverty. The Masjid will serve as a hub for various charitable activities, such as distributing food packs and zakat, providing education, and offering healthcare services.
