Saving lives across the world
One of Unite 4 Humanity’s aim is to take their Health Project to every country in need of medical treatment. We believe no one should be without access to a doctor or unable to take medicine when feeling unwell.
Better health is key to human happiness and well-being. It also makes an important contribution to economic progress. A healthy population lives longer, are more productive, and save more.
Approximately 1.2 billion people in the world live in extreme poverty (less than one pound per day). Poverty creates ill-health because it forces people to live in an environment that makes them sick, such as living without adequate shelter, clean water or becauseof inadequate sanitation.
Unite 4 Humanity has been working in many countries to setup projects which provide clean drinking water and toilet systems to stop the contamination of water resources. Most of the illnesses in poor and developing countries are related to the lack of access to clean drinking water and extremely poor sanitation. Our aim is to educate people, first, about the importance of health and then explain the risks associated with poor diet and sanitation.
With our 100% donation policy we’ll invest your money carefully into the long-term projects, which will benefit communities for years to come. We aim to deliver one or a combination of the following depending on the local community needs.
